From what I've read, no publisher likes to have a fold out map insert and it probably raises the price quite a bit.

Just a suggestion, but I for one would like to get rid of that no name creek business. All in favor of renaming it Fred's Creek, say aye. And there is a bit of a double meaning to it that I rather fancy.
