What are you on your phone or pc? I don't know how you attach via a phone, but on a pc you should have a reply button which takes you to a page with all the various apps, you add a picture easily with the attach button.
I am on my phone now, not had my pc for a day or two, the queen dying then to top it off my sister in law died, all in 24 hours, so I have been sticking to my mobile.

There is usually a switch somewhere in the browser controls which will alternate to desktop layout on phones but in terms of posting images etc. is all but impossible to use because everything compacts into the phone screen size. As you zoom and scroll to use buttons and syntax, the whole thing is just unmangable. If you know the url of the image simply place immediately ahead and behind that text and it will display. It's a pain but the way it is. Hell............. that's a pain i'll do it with spaces. You put [ url ] (no spaces) and [ /url ] (no spaces) Using the wrong brackets it looks like this (url) (/url) Using PC or such -

Reno was drinking enough and not water. So was most of his officers as pointed out by Sgt. White. There is no conclusive evidence that Reno was drinking or was drunk

Omg I kept looking at the 'Insert Image' button on the tool bar...and completely missed the actual attachment button on the right which is HUGE......oh man..... that's a shocker... Ok Ian just when you mentioned your sdkfz 234 project I thought I'd flick you my 1/35 Puma. cheers Francis

Very nice Francis, I will try and get a shot of the four vehicles I have knocked together from broken old kits, they are primed at the moment and some are lacking tracks, they are a lot smaller then your impressive sdkfz 234/2 being 1/76.

Here is a photo just took from the back garden. SDKFZ 222 made from two old models, I don't know what to do over the fender. SDKFZ 234/1 made from 1/76 matchbox hull and cut down turret from a PSC SDKFZ 250/9 as it was 1/72 Again two old models made up this Panzer II The Panzer III ausf N was a conversion from a matchbox kit with scratch built gun and manlet. I am not sure what base coat to use maybe panzer grey on the 222 and Pz II, dunkelgreb for the other two. Still got a couple more to do, a wesp and SDKFZ 234/4. Ian

View AttachmentIan They look great Ian. You're like Dr Frankenstein gathering body parts and bringing them back to life lol. It's quite satisfying scratch building and utilsing bits & pieces with success. German armour colour schemes allow plenty of options. I've got one in Afrika Korps Desert Tan. I've got a Wespe somewhere too in late war dunkelgelb / grun. I sometimes wish I had stuck to 1/72 armour as my 1/35 collection takes too much space (I have around 50 I think...lost count). I did stick to 1/72 aircraft...but the count is now at around 100 with dozens of unmade kits in the stash. But with retirement beckoning I'm looking forward to more time in the hobby. Francis

I have all ways been into 1/72, 1/76 or 20mm, probably comes from my wargaming days. I had so much stuff boxed up in the loft that when we moved house, I checked the boxes out and found some unmade kits and stacks of unpainted vehicles and figures. A lot had been knocked about too, so I gathered them all together in a tub in case I wanted to try and re-build a few.

Almost all of my armour collection is Tanks and Tank Destroyers, the only artillery I have is this Wespe. I started back into the hobby at the start of the year. Since then I have completed a hurricane, defiant, Caudron C714, have almost finished a Yak23 & Saetta Mc200 and halfway through a Bearcat in Indochina. Here's the Hurricane with a couple of friends looking on .

Good morning Francis, what a pretty bird, are they a species of parrot?
That Hurricane looks like a night fighter varient, pretty cool in the dark camo.
I am going to paint my two wesps in a similar way to yours, maybe add a little brown to the scheme.
I am going to flick through the Ktsn and find what a german armoured battery command section looks like, these vehicles would have ammo and shot spotting halftracks may be panzer IIs too.
Great work mate, keep em coming.

Great work mate, keep em coming. Ian Hey Ian, yes night fighter MkIIc of 87 Sqn early 1942. My little friends are Rainbow Lorikeets. Last couple of years I've had anywhere up to 30 of these guys come in for a feed of grapes, apple and fresh water every day. They are nectar and fruit eaters mainly. The original alpha pair will let me hand feed them. They would bring their young chicks around as well. Just last month or so they haven't been dropping in much, just the odd one occasionally. Prob getting top shelf fruit up the road... Yes artillery Regt had 3 battalions, 2 towed and one armoured. Armoured battalion = 2 batteries x 6 Wespes and 1 battery x 6 Hummels. Yes the armoured observation vehicles - I think you may right PzIIs most likely. I think they had some 20mm AA attached to Battalion HQ. Plus a half tracked infantry company with battalion HQ. I suppose it depends what year you are considering as mobile transport changes from wheeled to half tracked, towed AA to self propelled etc. cheers Francis
