Chelsea. My dad was Fulham born & bred. I went with Chelsea. He was quite a talented cricketer. I prefer rugby union but into my twilight years now. It was an interesting game for the defending which was exceptionally good. 3 wins playing them this season so it wasn't a fluke and dear, dear Chelsea deserved it on the day. Holding 1-0 against City is just outstanding. It is a real pity Chelsea lost the FA Cup final - Well done Leicester but a Chelsea win would have set them up with Man. City again - first game of next season in the Charity Shield. Such is life. It will seem odd to say but Chelsea never really got their attacking play going. Yes the system was counter-punch and 'God'iola understood how Tuchel would set up his team but City could have been 3-0 down at half time if the strikers..... had been clinical. Don't be surprised for an identical final in 2022. Best 2 teams in Europe and Liverpool are next best. It's incredible - a Golden Age.  Regards |

I think I've visited close to 70 English grounds, maybe 30 of them while supporting my little old team. I remember Stamford Bridge from my first trip there, 5-3 win in the FA Cup. I like SB, like Goodison, but speaking of Fulham; Craven Cottage is just lovely. Stay safe. Noggy |
