It's my understanding that when cases are manufactured, the cases are pressed out of the stock copper alloy. So it stands to reason that each case would be consistent in its 95/5 Cu/Zn composition.
And then the cases are packed in the boxes, and here's where I'm wondering something.
Are the cases kept in order after manufacturing, or are they all mixed together with other lots prior to boxing them up?

DucemusYou should expect legislation in respect quality control and identification, to impose a batching control requirement upon production. Hence products can reliably be identified and recalled after issue. There will be legislation imposing necessary controls. youtu.be/rJNrkaSfHWg youtu.be/2AFw74gPbvE youtu.be/vX8Z2MDYX3g
