One could, and in fact should, wo der why a bunch of warriors racing back from Reno's valley fight, would move all the way down to Deep Ravine, when soldiers are opposite their camps at MTC, there is a river crossing at the mouth of Shoulder Blade Creek, and a route up onto Greasy Greass Ridge right there in front of them having crossed the river at the mouth of SB creek. Note also evidence of warrior presence by artifacts found on that route to battle. Thzt information seems to have been lost with the Dept. Of Agriculture.
