A friend has e-mailed me with a list of books she is using to study this subject. I have my own views on their worth, but I thought that some of you guys and gals would have some valuable input, both regarding the list and perhaps suggestions for other/additional reading.
'Thorsons Principles of Native American Spirituality' by Dennis Renault (a.k.a. Wa'na'nee'che) & Timothy Freke
'The Gospel of the Redman' compiled by Julia & Ernest Seton
'The Quiet Mind - Sayings of White Eagle'
'Touch the Earth' compiled by T.C. McLuhan
Thanks in advance.

I would add to your list "Black Elk Speaks" as told through John G. Neihardt (Flaming Rainbow). While it is debatable how much of the book is actually Black Elk or Mr. Neihardt, its' message encompasses a great truth.
