Did part or all of the 7th start down to the ford and attempt to cross or did they cross the coulee and head to higher ground without ever getting close to the ford?
There are reports of bodies being found near the river such as Kellogg and Voss(maybe trumpeter Dose), but I don't know where along the river. They could be close to where Medicine Tail Coulee meets the river(ford B) or they could be further downstream.
Are there any trooper stones near ford B?

There are already 4,712 threads devoted to MTC Ford, and about 71,458 posts on them. You should use the search faclity at the bottom of the page to find these. Type in Medicine Tail Ford or Ford B, and select the proboards, then search. You will be directed to the places where you can find everything you ever wanted to know about the subject. Well, maybe not everything, but most of it, anyway.
If you select the web, you will get about 212 million responses - plus or minus 2. This is meant to be helpful, not snarky, and I hope you will take it in that spirit. I realize that you are rather new to this site, and perhaps relatively new to the study of the Little Horn Fights. Have fun;ask questions; but see if you can find the answers first.

And no - there are no stones near MTC ford - the nearest body was found some 600 or 800 yards away, more or less.

It all feels so familiar, doesn't it? Sort of like "Boston" at the other board did.

Those poll choices assume the troops even went to the ford, did they?
