Here's just a few I can think of, but man, something big and bad is about to explode across our meagre planet:
1) The Chicago Cubs are favoured to win their division and may be in line to make their way to the World Series.
2) The term "jesus" is applied liberally when it comes to discussing Custer over at Brand X. Whilst many believe the term is appropriate for the BG, one or two believe it more fitting for a certain Swiss denizen ...
3) Custer haters really aren't Custer haters at all. See definition at Cornutcase's site. But as Custerhaters, we're all gonna be whupped by a bunch of nearly naked freedom-lovin' Spartans. Nice video--especially the naked bits.
4) The Giants won the Super Bowl! The Giants won the Super Bowl!
AND ....
5) My little brother has ... alas ... been sent home with the flu. So much for the flu shot, eh? The last time this kid was sick was in 1969 or maybe 1967 .... when I was forced to beg for extra candy cause he got Chicken Pox on Halloween. Sheesh!
Any other signs, most delightful ones? --t.

The end of the world is at hand...This guy is Satan...
Zell OK With Selling Wrigley Name Rights Associated Press Posted: 2008-02-27 07:45:40 CHICAGO (AP) - The chief executive officer of the Tribune Company says he won't hesitate to sell the naming rights to Wrigley Field - even if baseball purists don't like the idea.
During an interview on CNBC, Sam Zell says despite Wrigley Field being known worldwide, he didn't get a discount because he wasn't going to use the naming rights that the field represents.
Zell said he plans to sell the Cubs and Wrigley separately and in his own time frame. He also disclosed that Major League Baseball has approved "four or six" potential ownership groups and that any one of them would be fine.
The sale of the team has been delayed by Zell's plan to sell the team and the stadium separately, and to have a state agency acquire and renovate Wrigley.
