This was taken from the bench on the west side of the valley, roughly where the horse herd was, looking east. The red log building on the right was Jason Pitch's museum, and the area directly to the left of it was Reno's skirmish line stretching from about where the timber now is all the way west across the present day RR tracks. I'm guessing REno Hill is a little to the right of where you can see the RV on the ridgeline. The timber you see isn't exactly in the same location as in 1876, but gives a good representation from a different direction.

Well, I finally got one where the picture comes up in the post, but it's obviously very small. Double click on it to enlarge it. Also, in looking at it, Reno Hill is more to the almost far right of the photo. Actually, when enlarging the photo, the RV-looking thing, there seems to be other verhicles there, so that probably is Reno Hill.

I like that shot Bubbabod. I remember Jason telling me he found relics , mostly spent cartridges across the tracks. That is a good shot Bud !

Now if you can figure out how you did it, you could post several pix of the same stuff in one thread.

Scott, I'm thinking I might know how. Now that they're smaller, can't I just copy and paste several in one thread? I'll have to give it a try and see what happens.

Bubbabod,
If you want to paste multiple thumbnais on Pictiger, just click on the browse button to upload your first one, then press the browse button to upload the second image and so on. When you have uploaded all of the images you want to post on the same thread, look down at the bottom of the page and click on the second box to the right that show pictures horizontal then click upload.
When they are uploaded you will get a screen with all of the code formats. Click the first copy button labeled thumgs for forums reccommended.
Then come back to the message board and put your cursor inside the message box and paste it. You will not have to do anything else. You will not have ot add any brackets, the code you copied is complete and your thumbnails should show up in the preview side by side.

Tim, it looks like I've got it down now as to how to post multiple pictures, but how do you add descriptive text? So much to learn; so many smart folks to help me. Thanks.
PS: That's using PicTiger.

Descriptive text? Where are you looking to add it?

El Crab, I was talking about descriptive text as I have seen to the side of some photos or below or above. I just wasn't thinking about how to put them above or below. Lawtonka sent me a PM about how to do it. I should've figured that out, but you know me: not always a thinking man.
