From Tippecanoe Jack, a legend in his own right:
Just a note to remind y'all of the upcoming Custer Day in New Rumley, Saturday June 4. This year Brice Custer of Georgetown, Texas will be a featured speaker, along with Gen. Custer (Steve Alexander) and Confederate Gen. Thomas Rosser. Custer and Rosser will be mounted, and face-off as at the Woodstock Races. Lt. Carlo DeRudio, who is now a permanent visitor with Gen. Custer, will also be mounted, and have a few words to say regarding his experiences with the 7th Cavalry. The new picture panels for the expanded pavilion will be dedicated at the memorial site, and the museum will be open for visitors as well. There will be a delegation from Monroe, Michigan also that will attend the event. Please spread the word. Tippecanoe Jack
