I also saw this photograph some weeks ago at the Cowan´s auction site.

I don´t know exactly if this is a Gardner photo, but it was definitely taken during the trip of the Sioux delegation to the East Coast in 1872.

I remember we discussed the Gardner photo of Big Foot in an older thread. If another evidence is needed that this Big Foot is not the Minicoujou chief (later killed at Wounded Knee), this is it.

The Big Foot above is the Oglala chief of that name with his wife White Hawk.
