One Bull, Dr. Wendell Priest, and Unknown

I have an old original photo of Chief One Bull, Nephew Chief of Sitting Bull. It was taken at Fort Yates, North Dakota, by F.B Fiske. I also have an old original photo by F.B. Fiske of another Chief, but I am not sure who he is. I am looking for any information about Chief One Bull and the other Sioux Indian.

Here is the Fiske photo he referred to above that he would like to have identified:

I spoke to my mother about these pictures. They have been in the family for a couple of generations now. As far as we know, her great grandfather, Dr. Wendell Priest, was a doctor and treated a lot of the Indians in his day, and these were a couple of the photos that he obtained while visiting the tribes in the Dakota areas. He had a pharmacy in Mitchell, Nebraska, and would treat and trade medicine to the Sioux Indians. My mother has a few nice artifacts from those days. Unfortunately, most of the pictures, letters, and journals that my mother had were destroyed in a flood back in the 60's.

Please help with info about One Bull, the unknown Indian in the photo, and Dr. Wendell Priest if you can. Thank you!
