Has anyone heard anything about the Kingsley Bray book on Crazy Horse? It's supposed to be published this year by University of Oklahoma Press, although I believe 2004 was the original publication date.

I correspond with Kingsley on a regular basis. It is still going through final edits and I believe he said that should be out late this year or early next.

I forgot to mention that an adaptation from a chapter in his book will appear in the upcoming summer issue of Montana History. It relates the northern breakout from the agencies following the death of Crazy Horse in 1877.
