This is already likely to be known about, but there is a facility available that allows you to ‘bring to life’ portrait photographs of historical figures, who were likely never seen on any film footage in their time, just static photography.
I used the facility to animate the officer I study Col. A.W. Durnford and was really impressed with the results, it really did give the impression he was captured on a few seconds of film. This made him more real almost bridging the gap of time between himself and the present.
I must add, only use portraits that have the person facing forward towards the camera, as angled shots don’t animate well.

It's been done with numerous members of the 7th and if I recall Libby as well.

It’s been ages since a good documentary was made about my subject, but I did put the suggestion forward on forums, this would be a great inclusion, instead of just inserting the usual static portraits of the participants, at least the officers, as I don’t think this has been attempted previously
