Albert Gallatin Boone, the grandson of the famous frontiersman Daniel Boone, was born in April 1806 in Greensburg, Ky. . . .

Interesting family, the Boones. The choice of name for the grandson is the equivilant of Alan Greenspan Irvin today, were Greenspan foreign born and Irvin more competent in a frontier we miss terribly.
