All--
Has anyone seen the George Custer: Showdown At Little Big Horn episode of A&E's popular series, Biography? It was about as thorough as a forty-five minute show could be, but I thought it did a moderate to good job of portraying the phenomenal success of his Civil War career and the fame that accompanied it, both of which combined to made his death all the more surprising.
Commentaries were provided by Paul Hutton (a board member of WWA) and Robert Utley.

Leyton--
I taped an A&E biography of Custer several years ago. I wonder if it's the same one. Is it new? I'll pop mine in the VCR later & see if the title is the same.
Best regards, Fred.

Crab--
Not that I know of; I checked this out from the library where I do some mentoring work. I also grabbed Crazy Horse: The Last Warrior, another title from the Biography series. Also decided to look at Killing Custer. Spouse will probably enjoy that title more than I ...
