One of the original co-founders of the Friends of the Little Bighorn, Joseph Marshall, has just released his latest book. “Walking with Grandfather: the Wisdom of Lakota Elders” may very well become Marshall’s legacy.
Joe has become a great modern day philosopher – every page is chock full of wisdom and knowledge that all of us can learn from and use in our everyday lives.
I would appreciate your thoughts after you read the book.

I wonder what West & CSS would say about the "wisdom" of Native Americans?
I have followed Native Americans culture, history, and philosophy far longer than the LBH . . . and the philosophy of Native Americans has made me a better person. It is vitally important that we learn from other cultures.

I have not read this book. I did, however, read his book on Crazy Horse. It was ok but I was disappointed. I was hoping to find THE book on Crazy Horse. There was really no new information in it.
I just did a check on Marshall's Crazy Horse book on Amazon. Reviewers have given it 4 1/2 stars out of 5. So what do I know?
