Sorry, but the card is a mid 1940's creation aka forgery. In the 1940's someone produced large quanties of these cards with either facsimilies or forgeries of Sitting Bull's signature. There are several tell tale give aways on the card that self prove their illigimacy. William Cody [Buffalo Bill] detested the concept of calling his Buffalo Bill's Wild West a "show". Thus no where on any legitimate item from Buffalo Bill's Wild West will the word "show" appear. There is a date stamp on the card and it says Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show, showing it cannot be a real souvenier. Sitting Bull was only on tour with Buffalo Bill's Wild West from approximately June to November 1885. The cards are date stamped a different year, I think 1884. If you accummulate a number of these cards all the signatures will be identical indicating they were either printed, stamped, machine signed or affixed facsimiles. As to value I have seen them sell on eBay anywheres from $50 to $1000, of course the unlucky bidders who paid the high price have nothing for their money except a fraud complaint. At $50 they make a nice curiousity item??
