In my little corner of the world a local newspaper is honoring the dead soldiers from Lafayette County Mississippi. The author of these articles is my son in law and I am very proud of him for creating this tribute to these Americans who gave all. Thank You for your service and sacrifices. jodak As Steve and Dan say, "Once a Marine always a Marine" and I have never heard them mention the number of legs a Marine has or had, so I would say Sgt. Reckless is where she belongs. She served in combat and assisted in saving the lives of fellow Marines and deserves to be mentioned and honored. Regards Dave

She certainly did a lot more than many others that are proclaimed as heroes - a term I think is vastly misapplied and overused.
