You can't believe what you see on TV, it's mostly Hollywood crap. A bounty hunter cannot kill anyone without justifiable cause, same as any citizen. They also can't carry a weapon unless they are licensed to do so, same as any other citizen. They mostly find the bail jumper and snatch him up and turn him in to the police. They use non-lethal force and handcuffs.

I came here to read more on "Location of Reno's glade..." but unfortunately was not able to as the text seems to have been smeared over by an overabundance of comic-book testosterone. Or to be more succinct: What in the hell does this have to do with LBH?

Well said Bruce,
like you I come here because I want to learn about the battle, not be subjected to issues that have nothing to do with the subject.

I've been laying low ever since I made the mistake of responding to the non-LBH issues that have turned the forum into a name-calling and insulting talk show. Until we start discussing the LBH I'll not respond.
Where's Fred when we need him?!

Any thread staying active goes through these phases. Go read Benteen's Dawdling or a discussion Arrow Dodging.

Any thread staying active goes through these phases. Go read Benteen's Dawdling or a discussion Arrow Dodging. Yes, that happens often but this thread turned into something that should not be discussed on the forum. There are plenty of other websites that have forums for those kinds of debates.

Here's a piece of trivia; Sergeant Jeremiah Finley of Company C was a tailor as well as a soldier and it was he who made Custer's buckskin jacket which he [custer]wore to his death. Not a lot of people know that! cheers
