This is great, our Justice Department wants to add to the alcohol problems on the reservations, keep the local police busy outside the reservations, making stops and arrests. Think of the extra income the locals will get in fines. New cottage industry, shovel ready jobs for local law enforcement to handle the commerce off the reservations. Shovel ready jobs for the NA's. Holder wants a legacy too. Fast and furious didn't get him enough press. Obama Care might even be able to spend money on additional funds on associated issues.

You know, it's impossible to just make this stuff up. It's time the state legislatures executed their option under article 5 of the constitution and proposed some new amendments to counter some of the rampant stupidity going on in Washington. It's a cinch Washington will do nothing to correct itself. It's good to see some of the reservations are saying no to this new "privilege" so graciously being granted by the great white father.

Let's look at the article.
First, the author uses "will" a lot, as in "... the Justice Department on Thursday will tell U.S. attorneys ..." and "The new guidance, released in a memorandum, will be implemented..."
Then there's: "appears to be" and a personal favorite, "...it remains to be seen.."
The author says major tribes could not be reached for comment and the minor tribes, who replied, aren't described as such. I could go on but read for yourself. Journalism or filler?
This is a news story? Mr. Phelps, if I did a proper search, is the Phelps who broke the Anita Hill /Clarence Thomas story.

Well then a hairy Coke for all! Can't be that long between stories, can it?
