Wow . . . approaching 1,000 posts. I can take it two ways . . . I'm very interested in this forum . . . or I need a life! I will say I've enjoyed this forum more than others . . . most people are courteous, knowledgeable, and polite, even when we disagree. Now for a rank above Expert . . . Grand Puma . . . oops that from the Honeymooners! Expert (Shirt Wearer) . . . nice ring . . . and for those Custerites . . . Expert (Medal of Honor) PS: I just noticed: this is the 1,000th post! Somewhere in New Hampshire balloons and confetti are flying ... congrats! LMC

Just saw your post . . . thanks
Much better than snow flying . . . and it has been a virtually snowless winter in this part of NH and above average temps at times. Spring is only a few days away and I hope the snow and cold are done with.

Crzhrs--
Spouse was just in Salem ... came in during the last Nor'easter and left to warm temperatures and grassy lawns. We'll have one last gasp of winter here before it's all over--highs in the upper forties and rain ... kind of reminds me of the first time I went to Little Bighorn!

Spring arrived March 20
Temps slightly below normal . . . no rain, let alone snow. Winds have been strong which is drying out everything and may lead to brush fires later in April. No snow cover to speak of in Central NH. I'm still leery about one big final snowstorm . . . the wet, heavy stuff that knocks down branches/trees which in turn knock down power lines.

Crzhrs--
The dogwoods began blooming this weekend ... just in time for the possibility of snow flurries Thursday night. What is up with this winter stuff? It is cold here!
