Peter Russell has put together a nice site of biographical information about the men from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland who served with GAC at the time of the Little Big Horn. The site may be found at: www.menwithcuster.co.uk

Hi Chris nice link, I remember reading Fred’s data a while back and I realised just how many men from my area were in the 7th Cavalry in 1876, and after reading your link it jogged my memory, here are the names;
Boam, Burke, Gannon and Gibbs were born in Manchester Galvan Liverpool, Hathersall and O'Neill were born in Liverpool
Both Manchester and Liverpool are located in the Northwest of England, I live about 10 miles of Liverpool and about 25 miles from Manchester.
Ian.
