Sole Survivor - Gold!?!

Here is one Sole Survivor I never heard of -- gold! The Huffington Post linked to the article, so you know it must be true.

There is more on that subject in "Custer's Ghosts Custer's Gold" by Donald W. Moore (2007). Of course the title alone should give one an idea of the factual backround of the case. But should anyone be interested in hearing quite a bit more on the subject, that's a good place for it.
