Tori, your dad rode with us on the Benteen ride. There was an eagle that accompanied us part of the way. And I'm pretty sure he held me on Digger when we went down the "Benteen slide".

It was a great trip. Thanks Tori for coming and spending time on the battlefield. I am making coffee right now if anyone is interested.
For those that did not make the trip we stayed at the 7th Ranch owned by Chip and Sandy Watts. It was a great place. We stayed in the cabins which had a large bed and bunk beds. It also had air conditioning which made sleeping at night comfortable.
In the morning I would haul out my Camp Chef stove and make coffee and breakfast on the table.
