Brent, Bird Horse is unnecessary, if you can work it out with LaDonna to deliver it to the family to everybody's satisfaction that's what should happen. As far as the others, Amos Clown, Little Soldier, John Sitting Bull, and Dewey Beard would be good right now. I know of nobody that witnessed Miller actually drawing at present. As far as the story Doug wants, I'm at a quandary. I can verify or debunk the stories that Miller links to them as per the families if I know what story is linked to each picture. Like I said before I have an untold catalogue of stories from these two families plus a few from others (which may have relatives that Miller did, I just haven't checked with them yet). I'll contact Doug with my address and maybe we can get a little better communication going.

Ladonna, If you would like, I'll send you a CD with a picture of Birdhorse so you can give it to the family if you'd like. Let me know or email me your address. If you talk to any family members that are old enough to remember Mr. Miller painting their family members, it would be very helpful in our research. Here is a link to the John Western Gallery. If you do come across anybody please have them write down what they remember and sign it. www.johnswesterngallery.com/images/DHMIller-JWhite-Cow-Bull.tifBrent I will check the Bird Horse live in Wakpala SD. My email is earthw7@yahoo.com and address is LaDonna Brave Bull SRST Service Center, Building 1 N. Standing Rock Ave., Fort Yates ND, 58538
