Chefs? Who are those. At least I am having fun reminding their fans, all three of them, of my preseason prediction that the Royals would have a higher winning percentage than the Chefs.
Speaking of books, Michno has a new one coming out: Forgotten Fights: Little Known Raids and Skirmishes on the Frontier, 1823-1890. It is available for pre-order at Amazon as well as the new book on the Fetterman battle, Where a Hundred Soldiers Were Killed: The Struggle for the Powder River Country in 1866 and the Making of the Fetterman Myth by John Monnett.
Regarding terrain, how about those majestic eastern Colorado mountains you always neglect to mention. Scenes of wonder visible from 100 miles away.
