I am trying to locate a photograph or likeness of Lozen, the female warrior said to be related to Victorio. I'm aware that she is sometime identified as appearing in the photo taken beside the railroad cars of Geronimo and his followers enroute to Florida. Since she is usually not identified by name as being in that photo, I was wondering if the reason is indifference or if the identification is in question. Does anyone know if there are any other photos or likenesses around that purport to be Lozen?
Thanks, George

The woman that appears in the photo of Geronimo and his follwers, taken in 1886, is identified as Lozen. But I think that woman is Biyaneta, Perico's wife. According to me, there arent' pictures of Lozen.

That's what I thought. That particular photo appears in a lot of books and as far as I know, Eva Ball is the only author who claims that woman to be Lozen. Eva has some pretty impressive credentials but if the source she used for the identification was any good, I would have thought other authors would be using it also. Thanks for your help.
