Any ideas, was this guy a Comanche named Bow And Quiver and if he was, what Comanche he was...Kwahadi perhaps? Thanks all...

He is certainly Bow and Quiver, painted by George Catlin in 1832 and described as the head chief of his village. I cannot however find any other references to him, so I cannot say what band he belonged to.

Hi Frank,
A few more details, but no band I'm sorry to say.
He was apparently Isa Koni, Isaconee or Esacony (Wandering Wolf), according to Kavanagh (Comanche Political History pp.238-239). Kavanagh notes however that "the divisional affiliation of [these] Comanches is unclear".
Nye (Carbine & Lance p.8) says that he was also called Sequi-to-tori (Splashing the Mud), although Kavanagh is skeptical about this. Nye doesn't mention a band either.
It seems that this chief was a signatory of an 1835 treaty.
