hi,you re almost right ,brokensword, but you re forgetting a small but big thing on common beetween CH and Che:both where fighting against a too big and stronger imperialist enemy and both was chilled at "tradimento"(sorry i can't remember the translation of this word so i hope it's sound similary at italian)and both for freedom of peoples. For sure Che was also moved by personal romantic adventure spirit and CH just to make survive a nations ,his great culture and traditions, totally added to sacrifice for his people until dead, and that i think made him the biggest american hero of all times. So,since some years it 's groowing in me the dream to come for first time in america and visit this lands of dakota and montana and wyoming, hope in same years to be there washing my hands on the Little Big Horn's water. ciao a tutti!

Hello vivacrazy-
tradimento= betrayal or treachery, or some such if I am understanding you.
I agree with all you have said about Crazy Horse. Not so about 'Che.' And, yes I have read many of his writings.
The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it. [H.L. Mencken] In my opinion, so it was with 'Che.'
I do hope your dream to come to America is realized and a visit to the west is included.
All the best to you, my friend.
Michael

I really enjoyed that story of Plenty Horses and the death of Lt.Casey, another example of life not being as simple as black and white.
