You're darn right you do, Crab! And I'll take you up on it the next time I visit my best friend in Emmett, ID (we were there in August). Besides, OR & ND are the only 2 states I haven't been in.

I'm writing to you in the great beyond, Fred! I would have loved to meet you in person at the Oregon Coast!
Speaking of Oregon, I read yesterday in Dr. James De Wolf's diary that he was stationed at Camp Warner in South Central Oregon around the time of the Modoc Wars. He also was stained at Fort Vancouver temporarily (as was Reno for a time) which technically was Oregon territory, so I'm putting it here.
