Are you kidding? The reservations in Canada all have tax and duty free shops for the sale of tobacco to outsiders. I'll probably take some ammunition, in three or four popular calibers, which is expensive for everyone these days. Actually I could possibly have an "IN' if any of my Assiniboine or Cree kolas from the past are still around.
