Thanks to Melani for this one. The Peninsula Civil War Roundtable meets the third Tuesday of each month at Dominic’s Restaurant at Poplar Creek, 1700 Coyote Point Drive, San Mateo, at 11:30 A.M. Lunch is $18.00. The January 17 topic is "Little Bighorn, Why and What Happened" by Lt. Col. Ed Reed. You may wish to try to confirm the topic before going, as they had a last minute change on the LBH event, and it also seems that the website had the presenter's name somewhat incorrect--it's Lt. Col. Charles Reed, not "Ed."

LBHA member Corky Reed, who portrays Lt.Col. Charles J. Reed, will be the guest speaker for the Peninsula Civil War Roundtable luncheon on Tuesday, May 16, at 11:30. The topic of his presentation will be "General George Custer and the Little Big Horn Campaign." The meeting is at Dominic's Restaurant at Coyote Point, 1700 Coyote Point Drive, San Mateo, California. Domenic's is part of of the clubhouse of the San Mateo Municipal Golf Course.
