Sorry . . . I mean really sorry . . . I can't make it. This time of year is prime time for our "mini" greenhouse and garden nursery and I can't go . . . unless the wife wants to do all the work . . . I doubt it!
Have fun to all those who go and let us know what took place and what you learned . . . I'll be thinking of you all!

Not I. Not that I don't want to. My son and I are leaving for San Francisco in the morning for a nice trip. Then I have to take him to get registered for college. I gotta make sure he gets a good job so that he can put me in a nice "home" someday.

Yes. Just realized we may have to fly instead of drive, due to sudden unexpected time contraints. But I'll get there one way or another.

Not this year, but next. This year around the 130th, I'll probably be still unpacking in Reno. Ahh, who am I kidding. I'll be too busy playing golf as much as possible to unpack anything but the essentials.

Was all set, had the plane lined up and a friend meeting me at the airport. Horse lined up, fine tuned all my gear...then discovered a hole in my pocketbook--alas, the expense couldn't be met...so home I must stay--this time. Jas.~

Planning on it...going to fly to Denver and drive up. Side trip to Ft. Laramie on the way. Plan on taking my camping gear and spending a couple of nights under the stars in the Bighorn and Medicine Bow National Forests afterwards.
For baseball fans; the Pioneer League season opens the 20th. The Billings Mustangs are home all that week and weekend. As are the Casper Rockies. Plan on catching them on Wed. the 21st. Their stadium is a stone's throw from the Platte River walk, which is next to a large cluster of hotels.

Pas moi. (That ought to bring a sigh of relief!) Next year. I think I will do some Crabbing. I understand you can find a great Crab or two along Davis Creek on the way to the "Crab's Nest."

Not me Maybe next year. If anyone is driving and happens to be near Helena, MT you are welcome to stop by and see our mushroom farm. We can show people around in 15 minutes or so and give free samples!!! It's not as great as a candy factory or brewery tour with samples, but it's what we have. I'm off to Billings today to start my SE Montana Indian war tour. Our group is at LBH all day Tuesday, with lunch near the Stone House. So if you're watching the web cams and see a big group, I'll be one of them Ruth
