Not that anyone asked but my thoughts are go with the print copy. Both Participants and Strategy present so much information in different formats that an e copy would not be practicable for study. Regards Dave PS Plus you can't get an autograph on a e book!

It's not available yet as an ebook. It will be, however. Dave, I agree with you. These types of books-- at least to me-- are always better read in the print copy. Participants should be fine in electronic format, though Appendix H may represent some trouble. Also, I do not know how well maps turn out in an e-book. Best wishes, Fred.

I love maps in an ebook--you can enlarge them to see details. If I make it to BLH in June I'll have my tablet with me and you can play around with it and see how the maps and images work. Tables can be problematic though.
As I have said, my preference for ebooks is because I can enlarge both the graphics and fonts for easy of reading.
