Edward S. Curtis presents in his collection of Photographic images of North American Indians a picture named : "Little Wolf - Cheyenne - Original photogravure produced in Boston by John Andrew & Son c 1905 (The Library of Congress memory.loc.gov/ammem/award98/ienhtml/curthome.html)Does it show the famous chief Little Wolf or some rather unknown Cheyenne man or Laban Little Wolf, the nephew of the great Little Wolf ?

I believe that this is almost certainly Laban Little Wolf.
Have a look at:

I'm sure that it's the same man.

Dear Gary, thank you for your rapid answer. Here is a strong resemblance between the two pictures (Curtis and yours). It must be Laban Little Wolf ! Karl
