Scarlet was in The Girl With The Pearl Earring, the movie about the Vermeer painting of the same name--and it's a great film, BTW. Now as I recall, she's also in that blockbuster, The Island ... which may have set a land speed record for film-to-video conversion. And I believe she really IS named after Scarlett O'Hara.

Dare I ask . . . who's Scarlett Johansson? Now you've done it. Don't tell my girlfriend, but Scarlett's the future Mrs. El Crab. All kidding aside, she's a good little actor. The last thing I saw her in was The Man Who Wasn't There. Not a big role, and I wasn't even aware that she was in it when I popped in the DVD.
